Role Description As a Junior AI Engineer / AI Analyst, you will support the design, development, and evaluation of AI systems that enhance gameplay, player insights, and production workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and testing AI models, analyzing player and game data for meaningful patterns, and collaborating with designers, engineers, and data teams to translate requirements into practical AI solutions. You will help prototype new AI features, document findings, and contribute to tools that support decision-making and game balancing. This is a full-time role based in Singapore River in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, C#, C++).
- Skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with the ability to design, train, and evaluate machine learning models for game-related scenarios.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools, particularly for analyzing text, dialogue, or player feedback.
- Understanding of core AI and machine learning concepts, data structures, algorithms, and model evaluation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and basic data analysis tools (e.g., pandas, SQL) is beneficial.
- Interest in video games, game development workflows, and applying AI to enhance player experiences.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and learn new tools and methodologies quickly.
