Job Summary

The Site Foreman / Site Supervisor supports the Engineering team by coordinating sub-contractors and workers to ensure site works meet specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret utility rout maps/drawings to accurately communicate work instructions to workers
• Collaborate with workers to plan and sequence work methods for efficient project execution
• Monitor and report on progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contract specifications to ensure project standards are met
• Enforce housekeeping and safety protocols at the site to maintain a safe and organized working environment
• Assist in scheduling and deploying manpower and resources to optimize site productivity and meet project timelines
• Coordinate timely availability and delivery of materials and equipment to avoid project delays
• Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to specifications and quality requirements
• Promote and ensure strict compliance with workplace safety practices throughout the site

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of building and/or civil engineering experience in Singapore
• Proven experience managing at least one LTA project.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding relevant construction drawings, specifications, and details

Monthly salary around S$ 2.8 to S$ 3k +Overt time 1.5 Times basic salary.
