About the Role
We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded Senior Admissions Executive to support admissions operations across the region. This role is not primarily a student recruitment position. The key focus is to manage student applications, support students, parents, institutional partners, and sub-agency partners, and ensure every admissions case is handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
The Senior Admissions Executive will work closely with schools, universities, education partners, sub-agencies, and internal teams to process applications, answer enquiries, follow up on cases, resolve issues, and provide high-quality admissions support throughout the student journey.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Application Processing
- Manage the full application process, including document collection, application checking, submission, follow-up, offer acceptance, and enrolment preparation.
- Review students’ academic backgrounds and ensure applications meet the entry requirements of schools, colleges, universities, and pathway programmes.
- Check application documents carefully and ensure all required information is complete, accurate, and properly submitted.
- Monitor application progress and follow up with students, parents, partners, and institutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper admissions records, student documents, application status updates, and communication logs.
- Assist in preparing offer acceptance documents, enrolment materials, and other admissions-related paperwork.
Enquiry Handling & Student Support
- Respond professionally to enquiries from students, parents, partners, and sub-agencies.
- Provide accurate information on programme requirements, admissions procedures, documentation, timelines, fees, progression pathways, and institutional policies.
- Support students and parents throughout the application and admissions journey.
- Handle urgent cases, difficult questions, and special application situations with patience, care, and professionalism.
- Ensure all enquiries and follow-ups are handled promptly and clearly.
Partner & Sub-Agency Support
- Work closely with sub-agency partners to support their student applications and admissions enquiries.
- Provide application guidance, document checklists, programme updates, and admissions support to partner agencies.
- Maintain smooth communication with partner schools, colleges, universities, and education institutions.
- Coordinate with institutional partners regarding application requirements, missing documents, offer letters, student status, and case follow-ups.
- Support partner communication to ensure accurate and consistent admissions information is provided.
Issue Resolution & VIP Client Service
- Assist in handling complex admissions cases, escalations, complaints, and urgent application matters.
- Provide high-quality service to VIP clients, key partners, and important student cases.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external institutions to resolve application, enrolment, documentation, or student service issues.
- Ensure students, parents, and partners receive clear, timely, and reliable support.
- Escalate serious or sensitive cases to the management team when necessary.
Process Support & Operational Improvement
- Support the improvement of admissions workflows, templates, checklists, and internal tracking systems.
- Assist in maintaining clear standards for application processing, enquiry response, document checking, and partner communication.
- Share feedback with the team to improve admissions efficiency, service quality, and accuracy.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance on application procedures, document checking, and case follow-up when required.
- Ensure admissions work is completed with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education, Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, application processing, student services, education operations, or international education.
- Good understanding of education systems from K-12 to higher education.
- Experience working with education agencies, sub-agencies, schools, colleges, or universities will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications at the same time.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong service mindset, especially when dealing with parents, VIP clients, and institutional partners.
- Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent cases.
- Able to work independently while also supporting team objectives.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to support regional students, parents, and partners.
