Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize all project documents, including engineering drawings, technical submittals, transmittals, contracts, reports and correspondence.

• Control document issuance, receipt, tracking, revision and distribution to project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.

• Ensure all project records are accurately filed and archived in both electronic and hard-copy formats.

• Support the preparation and submission of technical documents, progress reports, method statements, RFIs, and project close-out documentation.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to obtain and distribute updated documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company document control procedures, quality standards and project requirements.

• Assist in maintaining project databases and document management systems.

• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and administrative documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience of administration experience, with a proven track record specifically as a Document Controller within the Construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.

• High proficiency in standard business software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) alongside concrete experience using specialized project management platforms.

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work with limited supervision, work well under pressure and deliver timely reports in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Aconex, EDMS, Procore, BIM 360, or similar systems is an advantage.

• Strong fluency in English (both written and verbal), (Mandarin and Cantonese a plus).
