Position: SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance Application Support Engineer

Industry: IT

Working Duration: 17 months contract under ADECCO (Renewable based on business needs)

Working Location: KL

Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 9AM - 6PM

Salary: Basic negotiable (Based on experience & skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

The client is a company specializing in healthcare and pharmaceuticals with a focus on innovative medical solutions.

Responsibilities

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Performing independently and becoming a subject matter expert.
• Actively participating and contributing in team discussions, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Analyzing and resolving complex software issues to ensure continuous system performance and reliability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and prevent recurring problems.
• Documenting findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
• Contributing to process improvements by identifying gaps and proposing innovative approaches.
• Engaging proactively with stakeholders to understand system impacts and prioritize support activities effectively.

Required Skills

• Above 5 years of related experience
• Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Engineering Support is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation is suggested.
• SAP Governance Risk & Compliance Process Control (SAP GRC PC) (P5 - Master)
