About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and eager IT Infrastructure Support Intern to join our Technology & Systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations, hardware support, and asset management while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

What You Will Do:

• End-User Support: Assist in setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, and peripherals; help with software installations and basic IT troubleshooting.
• IT Asset Management: Assist with asset tagging, inventory management, and audits to keep our records accurate and up-to-date.
• Endpoint Operations: Support device enrollment, operating system updates, and basic security compliance tasks.
• Procurement Support: Help prepare purchase requests, track equipment deliveries, and maintain vendor documentation.
• Documentation: Maintain IT support records, update guides, and document common technical issues.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in internal IT projects and gain exposure to company standards and security policies.
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior working experience required. Internship or academic project experience in IT is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, computer hardware, networking concepts (IP, Wi-Fi, LAN), and familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Soft Skills: A positive learning attitude, good communication and teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
