What You'll Do:
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Develop job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
