**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Human Resources division. You will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base while promoting our HR solutions and recruitment services.



**Job Description**

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence in the HR and recruitment sector

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their talent acquisition needs and providing tailored HR solutions

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our HR services and value proposition



**Job Requirements**

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably within recruitment or HR services industry

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building sustainable client relationships

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

• Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities and results-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
