Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Attend to patients' enquiries and provide clarifications.
Provide relevant service information to callers.
Assist with appointment bookings from hospitals, SAF and CHAS GP clinics.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Operations team.
Job Requirements
GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualifications.
At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic computer applications.
