Job Details:

Taiseng (1min walk from Taiseng MRT)
Monday to Friday only. 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities

Handle full monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
Process payroll calculations, including overtime, allowances, commissions, and leave deductions
Prepare CPF contributions, IR8A reporting, and other statutory submissions
Maintain payroll records and employee information
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies
Assist with monthly closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
Support GST submissions, audits, and statutory compliance matters
Assist with inventory reconciliation and annual stock take exercises
Support budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting duties
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
Candidates with hands-on experience in manual payroll calculations will have an added advantage.

Good understanding of Singapore CPF, MOM regulations, and payroll compliance
Accounting experience will be an advantage
Experience with Xero software is preferred
Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information
