Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Job Responsibilities
- Pre-Contract Assist in tender preparation and cost estimation.
- Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare project costing based on Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Post-Contract
- Assist in project costing, variation orders (VO), and claims. Coordinate material purchasing and delivery schedules.
- Check supplier invoices and subcontractor claims.
- Support project documentation and cost control.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided. Minimum 1 year of experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to learn, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
- Good communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills.
- Good time management and able to work under pressure.
- A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
