Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Assist in tender preparation and cost estimation.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare project costing based on Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Post-Contract

• Assist in project costing, variation orders (VO), and claims. Coordinate material purchasing and delivery schedules.
• Check supplier invoices and subcontractor claims.
• Support project documentation and cost control.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided. Minimum 1 year of experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
• Good communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills.
• Good time management and able to work under pressure.
• A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, accepts challenges, and is committed to growing from a junior to a professional Quantity Surveyor.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
