Responsibilities
* Source and purchase items through online and physical stores
* Compare prices and obtain quotations
* Place orders and monitor delivery status
* Check received items against orders
* Maintain simple purchasing records and receipts
* Assist with general administrative duties
Requirements
Comfortable with online shopping platforms and basic computer usage
Good at using taobao, pdd, shopee and others
Able to compare prices and communicate with suppliers
Careful, responsible and organised
Previous purchasing or administrative experience is helpful
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
