Role Description

We are seeking an organized, analytical, and proactive Project Coordinator / Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager to support the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of business and technical projects. In this versatile role, you will work closely with Senior Project Managers, Product Teams, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. You will serve as a key operational anchor across the project lifecycle—assisting with project chartering, schedule development, resource tracking, risk log maintenance, and progress reporting. Responsibilities include organizing key project milestones, preparing status dashboards, tracking budget burn rates, facilitating cross-departmental alignment, and maintaining project documentation repositories. Additionally, you will support Agile/Scrum ceremonies or traditional Waterfall phase gates, investigate schedule variances, and proactively identify delivery risks before they impact outcomes. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong digital literacy with project tools, sharp analytical diagnostic capabilities, and the clear communication necessary to keep cross-functional teams aligned.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or introductory Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., PSM I, CSM) are considered a plus.
  • Project Management Fundamentals: Solid understanding of core project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and the software development or business project lifecycle.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Practical experience assisting in project plan creation, work breakdown structures (WBS), task allocation, dependency mapping, and tracking project milestones.
  • Project Tools & Software: Hands-on experience using modern project management, tracking, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, ClickUp, or Smartsheet).
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Capability to collect, organize, and analyze project metrics (e.g., velocity, milestone variance, budget tracking) to compile clear executive status reports and dashboards.
  • Risk & Issue Tracking: Ability to maintain risk logs (RAID logs), document meeting action items, follow up with task owners, and escalate project bottlenecks promptly.
  • Documentation & Governance: Meticulous attention to detail regarding maintaining project documentation, standard operating procedures, repository organization, and audit trails.
  • Communication & Facilitation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience organizing team standups, stakeholder updates, and cross-departmental coordination meetings.
  • Problem Solving & Organization: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with proven time-management abilities to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Professional Attributes: High adaptability, structured work habits, continuous learning mindset, and a commitment to delivery excellence and team collaboration.
