To effectively plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects by ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion while maintaining compliance with Singapore regulations and achieving the company's operational and business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Supervise site teams to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, BCA requirements, MOM regulations, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and productivity.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Review and approve project documentation, method statements, risk assessments, and work schedules.
- Attend site meetings and prepare project progress reports for management and clients.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with consultants and engineers.
- Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
- Ensure proper documentation, contract administration, and record keeping.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high performance.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director or the Board of Directors.
