Manager

Salary Range: SGD 3,200 – SGD 4,500 per month

Job Description

We are seeking a Manager to oversee the company's administrative, operational, and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain company accounts and financial records.
• Update sales, purchase, and operational records.
• Oversee daily administrative operations and office procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare reports and assist management in operational planning.
• Perform other managerial and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Relevant administrative or managerial experience preferred.
• Good organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
