Job Summary

SUSTAINABLE SECURITY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. seeks a Security Operations Manager to lead cybersecurity operations, design security architecture, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organisation’s cybersecurity operations to protect information assets and infrastructure
• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity architecture and controls to safeguard systems and data
• Monitor security events continuously and respond promptly to cybersecurity incidents to mitigate risks
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend effective remediation measures to strengthen security posture
• Perform risk assessments and apply appropriate security controls to reduce exposure to threats
• Develop, update, and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards aligned with best practices
• Administer security technologies including firewalls, endpoint protection, and security monitoring solutions to ensure operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements and regulatory standards
• Prepare detailed security reports and provide actionable recommendations to management for informed decision-making
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices to proactively enhance security measures

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or information security
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, network security, cloud security, and risk management
• Experience in security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Proficient analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (not mandatory but advantageous)
