. Management of feedback from multiple channels
. Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties required to address the feedback.
. Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions.
. Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes.
. Conducting onsite surveys.
. Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs), public and pet owners on site
. Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback, including consulting supervisors/team members and other agencies.
Job Requirement :
. Diploma in any fields.
. Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented.
. Willing to work in an outdoor environment.
. Team player with initiative, drive and good interpersonal/communication skills and able to work independently
