Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a testing assistant (general worker) to join our team in the transformer manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the testing of electrical components and systems for transformer applications, identifying faults and performing routine maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player with strong attention to detail, ensuring that testing procedures are followed precisely, and safety protocols are adhered to.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and preparation of testing equipment for transformers.
Support the testing team in conducting electrical tests and inspections on transformers.
Record and document test results accurately.
Ensure all testing procedures are followed according to safety guidelines.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of testing equipment.
Help in the identification of any issues or discrepancies during testing.
Assist with the organization of test reports and related documentation.
Operate machinery or equipment as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Able to read technical engineering drawings & specifications.
