About us
Blackhorn Wealth Management is an independent asset management firm based in Hong Kong with SFC Type 4 & Type 9 licenses. Our team draws on decades of experience in private wealth and institutional investing to provide best-in-class wealth solutions for our clients and their families. Our mission is simple. We provide clients with informed investment strategies and open communication to deliver meaningful results.
What You’ll Do
Provide full spectrum operational support to the wealth management business, ensuring smooth day to day running of client accounts and transactions.
Handle end to end trade processing, including trade capture, booking, confirmation and settlement across equities, funds, bonds and other investment products.
Apply AI to streamline data reconciliation, document processing, client onboarding, and other repetitive tasks.
Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers and Compliance to ensure all client activities comply with SFC regulations, internal policies and AML/KYC standards.
Participate in workflow enhancement and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, control robustness and client service quality.
What You Bring
Degree in Operations, Finance, Business, Data Science, Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in finance or securities related operations, internal systems or automation solutions (relevant internship experiences will be considered).
Passion for building things from scratch, optimizing workflows, and “figuring things out.”
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passing HKSI Paper 1 or already holding a Type 4/9 licence is preferred.
