Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk registers.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Stakeholder Management

Partner with business leaders to define project objectives, success criteria, and expected outcomes.

Facilitate communication between business, data, and technology teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus on priorities and deliverables.

Present project status, risks, and achievements to executive leadership.
Data & Analytics Program Management

Oversee implementation of data warehouses, data lakes, business intelligence, data governance, and reporting solutions.

Support enterprise data strategy initiatives and roadmap execution.

Coordinate multiple data workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure data-related requirements are properly documented and approved.
Resource & Team Management

Lead cross-functional project teams comprising internal and external resources.

Coordinate activities across data engineers, analysts, developers, architects, and vendors.

Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Support team development through coaching and mentorship.
Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to project governance standards and methodologies.

Maintain compliance with data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Drive quality assurance and project delivery best practices.

Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
Agile & Change Management

Facilitate Agile ceremonies where applicable, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Support organizational change management for new data solutions.

Develop communication and adoption plans to ensure successful business uptake.
