Job Summary

Join our dynamic marketing team to drive business growth and customer engagement within the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales activities and supporting marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales order and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, businesspartners, and key stakeholders.
• Generate new sales leads, manage distribution channels, and conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, RFQs, and RFIs tosecure business opportunities.
• Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities while working closely with internal teams to support customer requirements.
• Support marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, e-commerce activities, customer events, and promotional materials.
• Lead or participate in business development and marketing projectsas assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration,Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in amanufacturing environment.
• Experience in precision stamping, plastic/metal injection molding,surface finishing, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonalskills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented with theability to work independently and under pressure.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia and attendindustry-related seminars and exhibitions.

Working Hours: 7.50am to 4.55pm (Mondays - Fridays)

Salary package will commensurate with experience.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
