This role involves overseeing operational planning, performance management, budgeting, process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, and team leadership. The Operations Manager will also support digital transformation initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure alignment between operational activities and organizational goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operations management, business process improvement, and organizational performance management.
• Expertise in operational planning, resource management, process optimization, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and operational governance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong project management, organizational planning, and change management capabilities.
