Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Architect role based in Georgetown. The Graduate Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects, including concept development, schematic design, and detailed drawings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing plans and 3D models, assisting with presentations, coordinating with project teams, and contributing to design reviews. The role also involves helping with integration of design solutions, tracking project progress, and maintaining documentation in line with project management standards. The Graduate Architect will collaborate closely with senior architects and designers to ensure design intent is carried through all project stages.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, digital workflows, or BIM platforms.
- Basic Project Management skills, including organization, time management, and coordination with team members and consultants.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent accredited architectural qualification.
- Attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate in a studio environment, and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
- Eligibility to work on-site in Georgetown; familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
