Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Build close partnerships with agency leaders, management, and internal/external business partners
• Collaborate with the team head to formulate agency leader training strategies that address short-term and long-term business goals
• Proactively analyse stakeholder business needs to define clear objectives and design for training programs
• Lead and execute key initiatives, including agency leader training, district development programs, and custom projects to drive company results
• Develop digital tools and solutions to enhance the delivery and learning effectiveness of all training programs
• Monitor program implementation and consistently measure training effectiveness to meet stakeholder expectations
• Ensure learning sustainability by actively helping teammates apply new skills and knowledge before and after training delivery
• Support the team head in ensuring smooth team operations and the effective organization of resources
• Assist in coaching and monitoring the development of fellow training team members

Qualifications:

• University degree with professional qualifications in training or insurance
• A minimum of 5 years in a relevant training and development role
• Proven experience in agency leader training with good sense and techniques in course design, development, and evaluation
• Prior experience in insurance sales is highly preferred
• Experience in the Mainland China market is a plus
• A mature, self-driven professional with a strong sense of responsibility, a positive attitude, and career ambition in training and development
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong business acumen, effective time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently on training projects and adapt proactively to new initiatives and change
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chines
• Fluency in Putonghua is a distinct advantage
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Distribution Training Specialist
