Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on project-related matters.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates, and another project documentation.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, work programmers and resource planning.
• Ensure project activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate material procurement and monitor deliveries to ensure project timelines are met.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and client meetings as required.
• Identify project risks, issues, and delays, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist in managing project variations, claims, and documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure work is carried out according to specifications.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Good understanding of project scheduling and planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
