Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Salary Package:

• RM2,100 – RM2,800 (Basic + Allowances + KPI)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
• Assist customers via phone regarding products and services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Update customer records in the system.

Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• No experience required – Paid Training Provided!
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
