Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including rent collection, payment monitoring, aging analysis, and overdue account resolution.
• Performed monthly bank and tenant account reconciliations across multiple banking platforms to ensure accuracy and financial compliance.
• Maintained and enhanced tenant master records, account statements, aging reports, and billing documentation to support accurate financial reporting.
• Executed debt recovery strategies through proactive follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, calls, and formal correspondence to minimize outstanding balances.
• Administered MERP system updates, including tenant account maintenance, invoice generation, credit notes, debit notes, and e-invoicing processes.
• Coordinated with tenants, legal teams, and Facilities Management to resolve account issues, payment disputes, and operational concerns.
• Supported month-end closing activities, audit requirements, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Managed GTO reporting and tenant sales submissions to ensure accurate calculation of variable rental charges.

Requirement

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Control, or Finance operations.
• Experience in property management, shopping mall, leasing, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, aging analysis, debt collection, and billing processes.
• Familiarity with accounting systems/ERP systems (e.g., MERP, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of e-Invoicing requirements and financial reporting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
