Responsibilities

• Customer Prospecting Support: Assist in qualifying leads, gathering basic customer information, and scheduling meetings for seniors.
• Lead Engagement: Perform first-touch calls or emails to introduce products/services.
• Quotation Preparation: Draft simple quotations and submit for senior/executive review.
• CRM Data Entry: Maintain updated records of leads, deals, and customer details in CRM.
• Documentation Support: File proposals, quotations, and contracts for audit readiness.
• Internal Coordination: Liaise with operations/admin teams to check availability, timelines, and ensure smooth handover post-deal closure.
• Payment Support Coordination: Assist the Accounts team by providing documentation (POs, DOs, sign-offs) needed for timely customer invoicing and initial payment tracking.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: O Level, Diploma or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Nitec/Higher Nitec) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline) is highly preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or technical role. Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:  Knowledge and understanding of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and maintenance works.   Ability to read and understand basic technical documents such as schematics and drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of sales processes, including prospecting and quotation preparation.  Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in English is required to communicate with English-speaking stakeholders. Has Sales and Marketing Skills 
• Mobility: Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license for mandatory field work and client meetings.
