Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Special Purpose Machinery
• Position Title: QA Technician
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am – 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Support routine audits for the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and manufacturing issues.
• Inspect production lines and review documents to ensure work meets customer specifications.
• Monitor die-cutting and sheet-to-sheet production quality.
• Support quality control for custom converting and fabricating processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in QA, QC, or process engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, polymer, electronics, or related environments will be an advantage.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and basic quality assurance practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work well with internal teams to support quality and process improvement activities.
