Job Summary

Lead marketing and sales efforts for specific shipping lines while managing pricing approvals and container space allocation. Facilitate effective communication between headquarters and regional branches to support operational success.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and sales initiatives for designated shipping lines to drive business growth
• Manage pricing by reviewing and approving rate applications to ensure competitive and profitable rates
• Coordinate container loading and space control to optimize shipping capacity and efficiency
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between headquarters in Shanghai and branch offices across Southeast Asia to align operations
• Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superiors to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a shipping carrier environment
• Diploma or Degree in a shipping-related discipline
• Ability to work independently with strong responsibility and self-motivation
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective relationships
• Capability to multitask and collaborate effectively as a team player
• Knowledge in Mandarin to liaise with headquarters in Shanghai
• Fresh graduates with good shipping or maritime knowledge are encouraged to apply
