Contracts Manager (Civil Engineering)

• West Area

• Monthly up to SGD 10,000.

• Sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Review contract documents and provide cost estimates for tenders.
• Prepare and monitor project budget and cash flow.
• Identify cost saving efficiency during procurement process.
• Negotiation with suppliers based on metrics.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent field, with experience in contract negotiation.
• Ability to lead a team and involved in business negotiations.
