Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries from prospective parents via email, phone, and walk-ins, providing accurate information.
• Support the full admissions process, including contracts, student pass applications, insurance, and database updates.
• Coordinate student transfers and liaise with Finance on tuition fees and agent commissions.
• Conduct student surveys and assist in reporting and analysis.
• Plan and conduct school tours, open houses, and promotional events.
• Work with agents to market the school and expand outreach locally and overseas.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and brochures.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in the education industry.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; marketing knowledge is a plus.
