Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Software Engineer / Software Developer / Application Developer to design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance reliable software applications and technology solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements, translate them into scalable software solutions, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing application architecture, writing clean and maintainable code, developing new features, improving existing functionality, troubleshooting software issues, performing code reviews, and conducting unit and integration testing. You will work with other engineers, product managers, designers, QA specialists, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications that meet performance, security, usability, and business requirements. The role also involves participating in system integrations, API development, database management, software deployment, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will identify and resolve bugs, optimize application performance, monitor system reliability, and contribute to the adoption of modern development practices and technologies. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with frontend, backend, or full-stack application development and modern software development frameworks.
- Understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols, and application integration concepts.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar database technologies.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or other version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software testing principles, debugging techniques, unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle methodologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop efficient solutions.
- Ability to read, understand, maintain, and improve existing codebases and technical documentation.
