Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Steel Structural
• Position Title: Technical Engineer
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve technical inquiries from customers and consultants.
• Offer engineering support to both the production and sales teams during pre- and post-sales activities, including preparing technical documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Deliver on-site training for product installation and conduct routine site evaluations.
• Handle and oversee customer orders from initiation to completion.
• Contribute to the development of optimized designs—both technically and economically—using structural analysis and relevant engineering standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and to promote solutions for future enhancements.

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferably with around 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of structural design principles and engineering calculations.
• Able to interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
