Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor inventory accuracy through stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Lead, guide, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets.
• Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and overtime where required.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
• Prepare basic operational reports on warehouse performance and inventory.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory management, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
