Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales process to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in sales and looking to develop strong communication and business skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through calls, emails, and online research
• Reach out to prospective clients and introduce products or services
• Support senior sales representatives in managing accounts and closing deals
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM)
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing leads
• Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
• Track sales activities and prepare basic reports 

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot CRM is a plus)
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Good organizational and time-management skills
