The Section Manager is responsible for leading the Fashion, Home & Beauty (FHB) department to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high merchandising and operational standards. The role involves managing inventory, driving commercial performance, ensuring an inviting shopping experience, and developing a motivated team while upholding the brand's service standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and identifying commercial opportunities within the lingerie department.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing professional product advice, maintaining well-stocked displays, and ensuring fitting rooms and service areas operate efficiently.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to showcase key lingerie collections and promotions.
• Manage stock availability, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and competitor pricing to maximize sales and profitability.
• Improve operational efficiency by managing staffing, minimizing stock loss, and planning for seasonal product launches and promotions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the lingerie team through performance management, training, and regular feedback.
• Support overall store operations and ensure departmental expenses remain within budget.

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of retail supervisory or management experience, preferably in fashion, lingerie, apparel, or specialty retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Good commercial awareness with the ability to analyze sales and stock data.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and lingerie, with the ability to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
