Design chemical distribution and process piping systems using AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Plant 3D,Navisworks).
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for chemical piping systems and associated equipment.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM coordination tools.
Prepare and develop engineering drawings, including P&ID, Equipment Layout, Piping Layout, and Isometric Drawings.
Prepare Engineering BOM and material take-off to support procurement and project execution.
Coordinate with Project team and clients on design and technical matters.
Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Update drawings and engineering documents throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform any other duties assigned by the company.
Write detailed reports
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
Design in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline
Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role, experience in semiconductor facility engineering, chemical/specialty gas delivery systems, is a plus
Proven experience using CAD software; knowledgeof 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, Revit, Navisworks or CADMATIC)is a plus
Familiarity with BIM standards and modelcoordination practices.
Strong understanding of process piping systemsand chemical distribution networks. Knowledge of piping materials, fittings,valves, pumps, and instrumentation, is a plus
Ability to interpret P&IDs, process flowdiagrams (PFDs), and engineering specifications.
Able to work independently, with good cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills
