Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed according to schedule, specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant project stakeholders.
• Manage site activities, manpower, materials and resources to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, quality and overall project performance.
• Attend project meetings and site meetings, and follow up on required actions.
• Identify and resolve technical, project and site coordination issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure construction works comply with applicable regulations, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Review project documentation, work schedules, method statements and progress reports.
• Provide regular project progress updates to management.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
• Relevant working experience in construction project management.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, site operations and project coordination.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules, resources and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Familiar with applicable construction regulations, safety requirements and industry practices in Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a project team.
