Join Our Growing Team as a Safety Coordinator! ($3,200 – $4,200/month)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety compliance monitoring: Implement and oversee safety policies in line with statutory requirements.

• Risk management: Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and recommend preventive measures.

• Training and awareness: Organize safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

• Incident investigation: Lead inquiries into workplace accidents and prepare corrective action reports.

• Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and compliance reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.

• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Prior experience in safety coordination preferred.
