Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising employees.
• Managing daily operations, optimizing table turnover, and handling customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Effective interpersonal skills to handle staff and customer issues diplomatically.
• Understanding of food production, cost control, and basic accounting.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and strong team coordination

• Lead, train, and motivate service staff, driving performance and maintaining a positive team culture.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

• Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality

  • Confident, outgoing personality and positive attitude

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to lead from the front in a high-energy environment.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within F&B or hospitality.
  Experience in F&B industry is an advantage.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
