Air Products is seeking a Customer Service professional to manage order administration for Bulk & PGG in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. The role involves handling telephone calls, inquiries, and incoming/outgoing emails and faxes related to order management.

• Manage orders administration for Bulk & PGG in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, including handling telephone calls, inquiries, and corresponding emails and faxes related to order management.
• Monitor customer, dealer, and agent returns from PGG customers to ensure efficient processing.
• Assist in managing monthly fixed rental charges for selected dealers.
• Ensure clean desk on CSR-related SAP transactions such as billing blocks and open sales orders.
• Manage order transactions for Kulim Industrial Gas customers.
• Handle selected customer portals and online services.
• Monitor purchase orders for selected customers.
• Support troubleshooting on inventories, billing, invoicing, and related issues.
• Ensure proper filing and storage of Sales Orders and Correspondence in the system; ensure all system and manual delivery orders are confirmed received.
• Maintain good relationships with customers by providing professional service.
• Coordinate internally with Customer Service Support teams and commercial teams; ensure compliance with established processes and procedures, global trade compliance, and safety standards.

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent; knowledge of CSO procedures and systems, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent Indonesian speaking ability.
