Project Manager – Robotics Deployment (1-year contract)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple robotics deployment projects across hospitality operations. This role will coordinate implementation activities from planning through deployment while working closely with operational teams, vendors and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple robotics deployment projects concurrently.
• Coordinate vendors, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, monitor schedules and manage risks.
• Support site readiness, deployment planning and operational transition.
• Facilitate testing, training and production rollout.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting are maintained.

Requirements

• Experience managing infrastructure, deployment or technology rollout projects.
• Strong vendor coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Hospitality, facilities, automation or robotics experience is advantageous.
