We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Admin Executive to support our Sales and Operations team. If you enjoy coordination, administration and working in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our growing team.

• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.

• Process customer orders and coordinate with the Sales Team.

• Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory.

• Check stock availability and support inventory enquiries.

• Process monthly sales expense claims.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Perform monthly warehouse stock take.

• Prepare Statements of Account and Ageing Reports.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics or a related field.

• Candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage.

• Good organisational, communication and time management skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
