Location: one-north

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hour

Work Type: 6-Month Contract, subject to extension

Salary: Up to $ 4,000 per month

What you will be working on?

• Support the migration of electronic files and records from legacy systems to new platforms
• Identify, track, and escalate discrepancies, duplicate records, or missing documents.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR database.
• Organize, classify and upload HR-related documentation and filing activities.
• Support HR audits and/or compliance-related documentation reviews.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as and when required.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma holder in Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in administrative, HR support, records management, or data entry roles is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
