IT Support Executive

Salary: SGD 2,800–3,300

Working Hours: 6 Days Work (Rotating Shift)

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support.
• Experience supporting Windows PCs, laptops, printers, networks, firewalls and basic servers.
• Able to troubleshoot independently under time-sensitive situations.
• Good English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user IT support.
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Support basic server, firewall and Wi-Fi operations.
• Perform other IT duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to work a rotating 6-day work schedule.
• Must remain on standby during off days and report to work when operationally required.
• May be required to work weekends and public holidays depending on operational needs.
