Job Summary

Lead and manage cleaning operations independently, enhancing company workflows and bridging communication between management and workers to drive operational efficiency and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the cleaning team to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance
• Communicate effectively with workers to ensure clear understanding of tasks and foster collaboration
• Work independently to execute daily cleaning operations and resolve issues promptly
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance company operations and workflow efficiency
• Assist management by acting as a liaison between the company and workers to improve communication and teamwork
• Apply field experience to perform diverse tasks as required by the company
