Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (Might changed to Rotating Shift 9am-9pm/9pm-9am）OR (7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am)
Compensation: Basic Salary + Performance bonus + OT paid accordingly + Transport Allowance + Meal Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in setup and daily maintenance of final assembly production lines.
• Support analysis and disposition of defective products.
• Assist in process research, verification and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow up verification results of line equipment, tooling & fixtures, and submit optimization requests.
• Assist in compiling and releasing production work instructions and process technical documents.
• Support resolution of R&D issues and improvement of assembly line throughput.
• Track and complete full closed-loop handling of ECR/TCN documents.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of production process experience; majored in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics, with automotive.
• Preferred electronics industry background.
• Skilled in precision structural assembly; experience in AA alignment, motor assembly and related processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability to identify root causes from data analysis and drive corrective actions for problem resolution.
• Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, learning agility and teamwork awareness with a high sense of responsibility.
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts (including night shift), weekends, public holidays and overtime after hours as required.
