We’re Hiring: Lead, Network Solution

Location: Singapore

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Lead, Network Solution to drive the ownership, management, and delivery of enterprise network infrastructure requests across their full lifecycle. Location: Singapore. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional with strong expertise in Cloud, LAN, WAN, Wireless, and AI/ML-enabled network operations.

In this role, you will:

• Lead network requirements gathering and develop practical, scalable solution options

• Translate business needs into technical network designs and implementation plans

• Manage end-to-end delivery across internal teams, outsourced resources, and vendor partners

• Oversee implementation, service introduction, hypercare, documentation, and operational handover

• Support both regional and global network projects while acting as an escalation point when needed

• Contribute to global standards, governance, and best practices for network solutions

• Modernize enterprise networks using AI/ML-driven observability, automation, and predictive operations

• Partner with Network Engineering, Security, Cloud, Data Science, and Operations teams to deploy AI-enabled network solutions

• Build dashboards, reports, and executive summaries that turn telemetry and model outputs into actionable business insights

• Support network automation initiatives and integrate AI-driven outputs into operational workflows

We are looking for candidates with:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in network solutioning, infrastructure planning, or enterprise network delivery

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Strong technical knowledge of Cloud, LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies

• Hands-on experience in two or more of the following:

o SD-WAN

o Nexus switches

o WWAN

o IPAM

o Telco circuit management

o F5 / Load Balancing

o Anycast

o EIGRP / BGP

• Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions

• Proven success managing complex network deployments in regional or global enterprise environments

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills

• A customer-first mindset and the flexibility to support implementations during evenings or weekends when required

Preferred qualifications include:

• Certifications such as CCNA / CCNP

• Experience with Zscaler, cloud network infrastructure, firewalls, load balancing, and network segmentation

• Exposure to automation platforms such as Itential

• Experience with monitoring and AI solutions like LogicMonitor and Selector AI

• Understanding of AI governance, model explainability, data privacy, and security best practices

• Experience in highly regulated or global enterprise environments

• Background in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries is a plus
