Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale hotel technology projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering enterprise technology projects within the hospitality industry, driving digital transformation initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects, and engaging executive stakeholders. Candidates with strong project governance, vendor management, and portfolio management experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale hotel technology projects from project initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project timelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring delivery milestones, budgets, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Drive digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives across hotel operations and technology platforms.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, executive sponsors, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational project management standards.
• Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
• Manage project scope, change requests, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead vendor selection, contract management, Statement of Work (SOW) management, and vendor performance reviews.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, quality standards, and operational requirements.
• Support project transition, operational readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end project management experience delivering enterprise or hotel technology projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale hotel technology projects from project initiation through successful project closure.
• Strong track record in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, governance, risk management, issue management, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and overseeing project portfolios.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and business process improvement projects.
• Strong vendor management experience, including contract negotiation, Statement of Work (SOW) management, procurement coordination, and vendor performance management.
• Experience establishing project governance frameworks, preparing steering committee reports, and presenting project updates to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Strong delivery-focused mindset with a proven track record of successfully implementing complex technology projects and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, or equivalent project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing hotel, hospitality, integrated resort, or commercial technology projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise application, infrastructure, digital transformation, or business systems implementation projects.
• Familiarity with project governance, PMO methodologies, procurement, and contract administration.
